What are your hours of operation?

Grand Slam Car Wash is open during these hours:

  • Monday – Saturday 8am to 8pm
  • Sunday 9am to 8pm

During the winter months we will be open until 7pm.

How do I purchase an Unlimited Washes monthly membership?

Thank you for considering our Unlimited Washes monthly membership. You can purchase this membership in THREE ways:


2. Purchase directly at the AUTOMATED SALES TERMINAL at our facility by pressing “Unlimited Washes” on the start menu.

3. You can also purchase your membership from the cashier LOCATED AT “THE DUGOUT” AT OUR FACILITY.

Once you have purchased an Unlimited Washes monthly membership, you must come SEE OUR CASHIER LOCATED AT “THE DUGOUT” AT OUR FACILITY to be added into our database and begin using your membership benefits. When you are entered into our system, the manager will apply a small electronic decal to the lower driver side area of your windshield.

What is required to purchase Unlimited Washes?

Unlimited Washes must be purchased with a credit or debit card. Sorry, no cash.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

If you have your pass number, please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.

May I change my plan type online?

No, you will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Washes monthly membership?

We are sorry to see you go. You must cancel your monthly membership by going to “My Account”, then click “Cancel Membership”. Cancellations must be received by end of business day prior to your anniversary date for signing up. Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will send you a confirmation by email that it has been cancelled. REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING MONTH. No refunds will be given for this unlimited plan for requests received after the anniversary date.

How often may I wash my car with a monthly membership?

Just as the name states, it’s UNLIMITED! Please keep in mind during periods of inclement weather, we may not be open. Any other time, come see us as often as you like!

What is required to use one of your free vacuums?

You may use one of our complimentary vacuums after purchasing one of our Exterior or Outside Only Washes. In addition to our vacuums, we also provide complimentary towels and glass cleaner for your convenience. Please place used towels in the marked bins after use as we rewash them. We ask that you please limit your vacuuming time to 10 minutes to allow other customers an opportunity to the vacuums.Thank you in advance!

Will buffing remove all scratches from my car?

We cannot guarantee all scratches can be removed, since vehicles are treated on a case-by-case basis; for example, a deep scratch (or one that you can fit your fingernail into) typically will need to be repaired at a body shop. We can remove most minor scratches, oxidation and swirl marks depending on the level of service you purchase. We recommend that you visit us and allow us to review your vehicle’s condition together with you present.

How long should I expect to wait if I purchase a Full Service Wash?

If you have a Full Service unlimited membership you should allow 10-15 minutes from the time you pull up to our gate until your back in your clean car on your way. Non-members should allow 15-20 minutes. One of the benefits of having an unlimited membership plan is that your car always kept clean due to frequenting our car wash as often as you like!

Has Grand Slam Car Wash in Buford Closed or Changed Ownership?

Grand Slam Car Wash in Buford GA did not close but was sold to Mister Car Wash on August 15th, 2017.
We since have opened our new location at 2415 Peachtree Parkway Cumming, GA 30041 in front of Walmart.
